Workflow from Scientific Research

There are six cyanobacterial groups in which FaRLiP is present (I–VI). Each shows gene arrangements that are specific to itself (black boxes) as well as one feature that is conserved between most orders (apc, followed bypsbgenes, gray highlight). Only the most abundant syntenic variants are listed here. Based on both abundant and rare variants (especially with regard topsbO), the composition of the ancestral FaRLiP cluster (0) may be inferred.
