Protein-protein interactions between HDAC9 and NLRP3 were analyzed in solution applying MST. 15 nM MST-red-NLRP3 was titrated against increasing concentrations of HDAC9. Plotted is the fraction of bound MST-red-NLRP3 (fraction bound) over the indicated concentrations of HDAC9 (log scale). Data are mean ± SD, with 4 data points for each concentration of HDAC9. Two independent titrations measured in two separate sets of capillaries.
