Workflow from Scientific Research

We create libraries of pseudoviruses expressing different mutants of G on their surface and encoding identifying nucleotide barcodes in their genomes. These libraries are used to infect cells in various conditions, and barcodes from viruses that successfully infect are deep sequenced to quantify the effects of mutations.
