Quantification of mutation frequency in the V region in IGHG1TRE3G and IGHG3TRE3G cells. The data represent three (N= 3) of four (n= 4) independent experiments. The horizontal lines within the boxes correpsond to the median of the distribution, and the whiskers extend up to 1.5 times the interquartile range. The p values were obtained from the unpaired Student’s t test. See also Figure S5.
