Each square indicates the median time to the MRCA and the lines indicate the 95% HPD. Instances where confidence intervals of the times to the MRCA overlap when using a standard molecular clock and a PoW model suggest that the age of the bat virus ancestors are young enough as to where the standard molecular clock accounts for most of the substitution saturation.
