Wild-type and TLR8-/-BLaER1 monocytes were stimulated with ssRNA40S or with ssRNA40S in combination with U (left), Psi (middle), or m1Psi (right). After 14 h, IL-6 release was detected. Mean SEM of n= 3 independent experiments. Please note that the ssRNA40S-only control data for Psi and m1Psi are identical and that one of the U control replicates is also shared with the Psi/m1Psi control.
