The analysis of the positive event ratio for the four combinations of E. coli / S . Typhi carrier with E. coli / S . Typhi nanolatch. The carrier concentration was set at 0.3 nM at the start of nanopore measurements and the nanolatch concentration at 3 nM for both E. coli and S . Typhi.
