Line Plot from Scientific Research

Tunnelling spectra measured for parallel (black; M S M B ) and antiparallel (purple; M S M B ) alignment of the magnetizations of the bulk and surface layer. The spectra are normalized (norm.) by the value of g ( V ) at V = 8 mV. Two peaks are observed just below the Fermi level: P I and P II . The energy of peak P I ( E PI ) depends sensitively on the relative magnetization of the bulk and surface layer. It is 750 V higher in energy when M B and M S are antiparallel compared with when they are parallel. The energy of peak P II ( E PII ) remains the same.
