Arrangement of primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC)-associated clonotypes into several clusters. To build these clusters, we established an edge between two clonotypes (nodes in the graphic above) if the two clonotypes share the same V and J genes and differ in their complementarity-determining region 3 (CDR3) sequence by one amino acid only.
