Workflow from Scientific Research

Schematic overview of the TCR sequencing (TCR-seq) pipeline used, starting with the collection of peripheral blood, followed by DNA extraction, then targeted amplification using PCR and then sequencing. Finally, different bioinformatic pipelines were used to identify T cell clonotypes and to quantify their expansion from the generated sequencing reads. Panel a was created using BioRender.com.
