Box plots showing ML324-induced H3 signal changes in each indicated ChIP–seq sample at CTSL peaks or at the same number of random peaks ( n = 16,141 peaks). Box plots span the upper quartile (upper limit), median (center) and lower quartile (lower limit). Whiskers extend a maximum of 1.5× IQR. Two-sided Mann–Whitney U test was used. PC, peak center.
