Normalized mean fluorescence intensity of P. aeruginosa wildtype, wspF and the wild type expressing yedQ (p yedQ ) on flat ( n = 16 TopoUnits), pro ( n = 10 TopoUnits) and anti-attachment ( n = 7 TopoUnits) surfaces after 24 h incubation under static conditions.
