Experimental design for Fig. 5b–d. Young (2 months) NHD13 transgenic (tg) mice were treated with CD45-SAP and transplanted with 10 x 10 6 BM cells derived from C57BL/6-CD45.1 mice (n = 9). Untreated NHD13 tg (n = 20) and wild-type (WT, n = 5) littermates served as controls. Mice were monitored for disease development and donor-derived chimerism for up to 24 months of age.
