Experimental design for Fig. 1b-d. Young (2 months, n = 4) and aged (16 months, n = 3) C57BL/6-CD45.2 mice received an intravenous injection of CD45-SAP (3 mg/kg), and hematopoietic cell subsets were analyzed after 8 days. Untreated mice served as controls ( n = 3 for both young and aged groups.
