Scatter Plot from Scientific Research

HEB differences between F 5 lines for the same example triad ( TraesCS1A02G004200 , TraesCS1B02G005600 , TraesCS1D02G003300) show that the association between the triad expression and inherited genotype is driven by A homoeolog. The position of every F 5 line and the parental samples in the triangle is calculated from the TPM expression values. The size of dots differentiates parental samples from F 5 samples. Color of dots represents the genotype of each sample (Paragon parent = pink; Charger parent = yellow; Paragon inherited genotype = red; Charger inherited genotype = gray)
