The distribution of PxC F 5 lines in an example triad ( TraesCS1 A02G004200 , TraesCS1B02G005600 , TraesCS1D02G003300 ) displaying association between the triad expression and inherited genotype. The F 5 lines are either similar to the Paragon (DFO_b) or Charger (DFO_a) parent based on the bias distance calculated in each sample towards the parental lines.
