Top: the secondary bonds according to Alcock's meaning[54](Section3.1) are a subset of the sigma-hole interactions,[43-48]which, in their turn, are a subset of the secondary bonds when the term is used according to the comprehensive meaning.[55]Bottom: the tetrel bond (TtB),[56,57]the pnictogen bond (PnB),[42]and the halogen bond (HaB)[40](see Sections2.3and2.4) are sets of interactions intersecting with the set of the secondary bonds according to Alcock's meaning, whereas the matere bond (MaB)[58]and the triel bond (TrB)[59,60](Sections2.5) are disjoint sets.
