For the 1.68 eV precursor solutions, bromide is incorporated via PbBr2 and FABr in the first and second steps with CsI added in the inorganic precursor solution (7 mol.% CsI) and with slight componential variations (see section2.5). LiF as surface passivation (1 nm) and an antireflective coating (90 nm MgF2) are evaporated (for more details, see the experimental section). Optimal CN drying parameters are found to be: HCN = 12 mm, TCN = 80°C and αCN = 100 W m−2K−1.
