Normalized PL intensity of solar cell partial stacks on glass/ITO/SAM at varying O2partial pressures. The measurements were performed by progressively increasing the pressure of pure O2or ambient air, starting from an initial pressure of 0.05 mbar. The PL intensity was normalized to the emission measured under the initial inert condition of 0.05 mbar N2, prior to the introduction of air or O2into the measurement chamber.
