Verification of the syndapin I interaction of two prey clones (clone#336 and full-length clone#541) isolated by Y2H screening with full-length syndapin I as a bait via retransformation of isolated plasmids by reporter gene activity assessment (growth on quadruple drop-out plates and -Gal activity, respectively) demonstrating a SH3 domain-dependent syndapin I interaction. pGBTK7 served as negative control for the bait vectors.
