Analysis of cholesterol-enriched domains by confocal microscopy using the GFP-D4 probe in macrophages treated or not with 7-ketocholesterol in Lpcat3+/+/Elovl5+/+, Lpcat3Komac, Elovl5, and Lpcat3Komac/Elovl5 primary macrophages. Puncta size was measured with LAS X and ImageJ software. Images are representatives of 4 experiments (n= 35).
