IgG antigens in the discovery cohort: heatmap depicting IgG reactivity of selected antigens in human sera IgG responses at different stages of disease as compared to healthy controls. Figures were created using Biorender.com and GraphPad Prism v.10.2.0. All antigens including the positive and negative controls were spotted in duplicates on the microarray slides.
