Purity of the corresponding fractions (marked by an arrow) as assessed by SDS-PAGE (D) of the sample exploited for the cryo-EM studies. The amount of the higher aggregates (at ~110 kDa) varied in-between protein preparations. These may have been caused by for example exposure to SDS, or the gel running conditions.
