Pitstop 2c and Pitstop 2d inhibit VSV entry into Vero-E6 cells. Cells were pre-incubated for 15 min with 0.1% DMSO or 20 μM Pitstops in presence of 0.01% serum. Then, virus was applied for 1 h in the same media, cells were washed, and incubated overnight. Expression of virally encoded GFP was monitored by confocal spinning-disk microscopy. Data represent fractions of cells expressing GFP, normalized to DMSO-treated controls. Values are represented as mean ± SEM.
