Microscopy from Scientific Research

Confocal images of FLAG-LHR HEK293 stable cells under three knock-down (KD) conditions: non-targeting control (Control), RAP2B and GIPC1. FLAG-LHR was labeled with anti-FLAG antibody and treated with 10 nM LH for 10 min. Cells were stripped, fixed, permeabilized and stained with an anti-EEA1 antibody, followed by secondary AF594- and AF488-conjugated antibodies. Shown is a representative frame from imaging of cells via confocal microscopy with a zoom-in inset (bottom left).
