After filtering, 191 proteins were subjected to manual selection based on their likely functional relationship to VEEs, leading to 45 selected hits. shows 45 selected hits arranged by their interaction clusters derived from STRING web-based platform(figure adapted from Cytoscape (3.10.0)).
