Heatmap from Scientific Research

Heatmap of interaction profiles for known LHR interactors. Protein abundance (log2 fold change) for each protein across different timepoints was normalized to the non-stimulated (no LH) control first, followed by normalization to its maximum and minimum enrichment signal. The profiles are ordered from early to late, according to the timepoint of their strongest interaction with LHR. For hierarchical clustering of the heatmap refer toFigure S2G. For other G proteins and Hippo pathway proteins found in the dataset refer toFigures S2H–S2N.
