Validation of LHR-APEX2 expression and trafficking by confocal microscopy. FLAG-LHR WT HEK293 cells and Flp-In T-REx 293 FLAG-LHR-APEX2 cells were labeled with anti-FLAG antibody and non-treated (control) or treated with 10 nM LH for 10 min. Cells were fixed and stained with a secondary Alexa Fluor 488 (AF488)-conjugated antibody.
