MCF10A cells, either mock or PERKsi transfected, were exposed to 5 μg/mL tunicamycin for 6 h and assayed by western blot for the indicated markers. Where indicated, cells were simultaneously exposed to MG-132 proteasome inhibitor (1 μM).
