In silicomodeling of both GATA3 zinc fingers (amino acids 254–370) to the 31 bp sequence of the TAL1 neo-enhancer centered on the S2/S3 paired GATA3 sites. GATA3 was modeled either as a single molecule, where both N- (in orange) and C-terminal (in purple) zinc fingers (ZFs) are predicted to engage directly with DNA.
