Yeast two-hybrid assay (Y2H) was conducted to confirm the interaction between P3IP1 and SERK4. Yeast cells co-transformed with the indicated plasmids were subjected to 10-fold serial dilutions and plated on synthetic dextrose/-Leu-Trp medium or synthetic dextrose/-Leu-Trp-Ade-His medium. The plates were photographed 3 days after transformation. Growth of transformed cells on the synthetic dextrose/-Leu-Trp-Ade-His medium indicates a positive interaction between the two proteins. Yeast cells co-transformed withpTSU2-APP+pNubG-Fe65served as the positive control.
