Differentially enriched TF motifs in OPCs and COPs were identified by ranking the percentage difference in TF motif enrichment among the top 1,000 marker peaks compared with background peaks. The color indicates significant enrichment in uncommitted OPCs (orange), COPs (beige), or both (black). The circle size represents thepvalue, with positive values indicating enrichment in uncommitted OPC marker peaks and negative values indicating enrichment in COP marker peaks. TFs predicted to regulate invasive-high OPC/NPC1-like cells and known drivers of oligodendrocyte differentiation are highlighted.
