Transcript profiling of 416 necrotrophy-related genes under fungal infection. The gene profile of A. thaliana reveals 416 commonly upregulated genes (log2FC > 0.5, FDR < 0.05) in OX#1-treated roots at 12 dpi, as well as in A. thaliana leaves subjected to B. cinerea infection (log2FC > 1, FDR < 0.05; Sham et al.43). The transcript profiling is shown as a heatmap. The log2(TPM + 1) scores were normalized as Zscore.
