Violin Plot from Scientific Research

Violin plots showing orientation selectivity index (OSI) for each FSI in L24 and L5/6 of WT (L24: 58 neurons, L5/6: 98 neurons in 5 mice) and APP/PS1 mice (L24: 36 neurons, L5/6: 52 neurons in 5 mice). Each dot = single neuron, both sexes included. GLME modeling showed a significant effect of genotype (genotype: chi2= 4.35,p =0.037; layer: chi2= 3.618,p =0.057; genotypex layer: chi2= 3.523,p =0.06). GLME modeling for individual layers revealed a difference between genotypes in L5/6 but not L24 (Bonferroni-correctedpvalues shown in graphs).
