Same conventions as in (D) and (E), but forAppNL-G-F(L24: 78 neurons in 5 mice, L5/6: 54 neurons in 5 mice) versus WT mice (L24: 64 neurons in 4 mice, L5/6: 93 neurons in 4 mice). GLME modeling showed a significant effect of genotype during rest (genotype: 2= 4.98,p =0.026; layer: 2= 0.92,p =0.338; genotype layer: 2= 1.001,p =0.316) but not during running periods (genotype: 2= 1.615,p =0.204; layer: 2= 0.234,p =0.628; genotype layer: 2= 0.706,p =0.4). GLME modeling for individual layers revealed a difference between genotypes in L5/6 but not L24 during rest (Bonferroni-correctedpvalues shown in graphs). See alsoFigures S1S5.
