Violin plots of PVec correlation across estrous stages within-environment (A > A'; stability) and between-environment (A > B; remapping). Distributions were created by bootstrapping data fromN= 3,679 cells from 6 mice over 100 iterations, sampling with replacement. A PVec correlation of zero indicates global remapping, while a PVec correlation of one indicates complete stability. The dashed line indicates chance-level PVec correlation (zero), overlay indicates mean ± bootstrapped 95% CI, and brackets/asterisks indicate significant differences between stages (non-overlapping 95% CIs).
