Workflow from Scientific Research

Rate constants of transitions between C and I and between I and O for dCas9 (gray, upper) and dSpRY (purple, lower) show that the primary distinction between dCas9 and dSpRY lies in the rates associated with the transition between C and I (bold). The average unwinding (bp) in each state is provided. Note that these transition rate constants are measured at a fixed [RNP] and do not represent the bimolecular binding rate constants.
