Two-hybrid assay of Stm1 fused to the GAL4 AD (AD Stm1) and Ifh1 truncation mutants fused to the GAL4 DNA binding domain (DBD). Lamin C and untagged Ifh1 were used as controls. Representative image acquired after 19 h 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-beta-D-galactopyranoside (X-GAL) incubation from n =3 independent replicates.
