Two-hybrid analysis of Stm1, Stm1S-T/A, and Stm1S-T/A fused to the GAL4 AD with Ifh1, the CURI components Utp22, Ckb2, and Rrp7, or the lamin C control fused to the GAL4 DNA binding domain (DBD). Colonies were grown for 3 days at 30°C on permissive auxotrophic SD −Leu, −Trp (−LT), or selective −His, −Leu, −Trp agar media, supplemented with 2.5 or 5 mM 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (−HLT +2.5 mM 3-AT or +5 mM 3-AT).
