Two-hybrid analysis of Stm1 fused to the GAL4 transcription factor activation domain (AD) or AD control (−) with SSU components or various controls (−, lamin C, Cdc13) fused to the GAL4 DNA binding domain (DBD). Colonies were grown (2 days, 30°C) on permissive auxotrophic SD −Leu, −Trp (−LT), or selective −His, −Leu, −Trp agar media, supplemented with 2.5 mM 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (−HLT +2.5 mM 3-AT).
