In vitro ligand screen of identified Ga12/13-coupled GPCRs. Naive FACS-sorted CD8 + T cells were stimulated in vitro with anti-CD3/28 antibodies and recombinant human IL-2 (rhIL-2) in the presence of indicated ligands or agonists.
