Based on the clustering shown inFigure 5C, which revealed two distinct clusters along the x axis, with metabolites largely depleted (left cluster) or enriched (right cluster) in AceCel groups, these clusters were analyzed separately for pathway-level annotation. Pathways with rawP< 0.05 are shown, and those with Q < 0.05 are highlighted in bold.
