Gel from Scientific Research

Limited proteolysis of the pre-assembled BTN2A1-BTN3A1, BTN2A1-BTN3A1-BTN3A2, and BTN2A1-BTN3A1-BTN3A3 complexes was performed using elastase. The proteolysis reactions were carried out at 20C, and the specific reaction times are indicated. No additional HMBPP was added to the reaction system. To ensure more accurate results, an equal amount of protein without elastase was used as the 0-min control in the enzymatic digestion. Multiple independent experiments were conducted (3 times), and the most reliable set of results was chosen for presentation. Please also seeFigure S3andTable S1.
