Top: C57BL/6 mice received control or PLX3397 chow for 1–2 weeks. All groups received an adoptive transfer of Cx3cr1GFP/+monocytes. Mice were then transferred to control chow for 4 weeks. Brain cells pre-gated as CD45+, single, live cells (Figure S1A). n= 3 (control), n= 6 (1 week PLX), n= 6 (2 weeks PLX). Control: 1 experiment, 1 and 2 weeks PLX: 2 independent experiments.
