Purified enteric ILC3 were cultured with IL-7 and IL-23 for 16 h, in the presence of 100 M of palmitic acid (PA), stearic acid (SA), oleic acid (OA), or bovine serum albumin (BSA) control. n= 34 replicates, representative of 3 independent experiments.
