Workflow from Scientific Research

A schematic overview of the MS experimental design. The tissues and cells were homogenized and fractionated by SDS-PAGE, followed by LC-MS/MS analysis in DDA-mode to construct a spectral assay library. Unfractionated tissue and cell samples were reanalyzed using DIA-MS to generate a compendium of 156 proteome maps and the spectral library was used to extract protein identities and quantities (referred to as HATLAS).
