Wild-type (WT) HeLa Kyoto cells and HeLa Kyoto cells with SMC4-mAID-Halo28acutely depleted for 3–4 h with 5-Phenyl-indole-3-acetic acid (5-Ph-IAA) before mitotic entry (ΔSMC4).
