Loading on relaxed DNA substrates. DNA was relaxed by Topo I or nicking, purified, and loading was performed with 5 mM ATP as in (F). Samples were nicked after BMOE treatment to make electrophoretic mobility comparable. The experiment used pUC19 as the DNA substrate.
