Each triangle denotes a notable PheWAS association, adjusted for multiple comparisons using the Bonferroni correction for 1,163 clinical features analysed. These clinical features encompass both clinical outcomes (for example, diseases and diagnoses) and phenotypes, covering a wide range of characteristics and measurements. The shape of each triangle indicates the direction of the effect. This analysis included 17,000 participants.
