Workflow from Scientific Research

Conceptual framework: MeshHeart constructs a normative cardiac mesh sequence using personal information including age, sex, weight and height. A real heart can be compared with its personalized norm by the latent vector. The latent delta z is a distance defined between the latent vector of a synthetic normal heart (dark-blue dot) and that of the real heart (red dot).
